The verdict after years of testing and tasting? Well… it’s been pretty much unanimous. Jill’s Kitchen’s hugely popular Open Sesame sauce has been bottled and is now available to you.
Jill Padua has been a leading caterer and restauranteur in the Sullivan County area since the late 1980s. Through her hugely popular catering business, Jill’s Kitchen, she has introduced the area and thousands of visitors to her very special sesame sauce — a distinctive taste she has developed over years of fine tuning. With her sesame sauce topping oodles of noodles, and featured at events from weddings to backyards fêtes, retailers anticipate a pent up demand and placing healthy orders for Open Sesame.
Open Sesame is the first peanut-free sesame sauce to be introduced on the east coast and only one of two sesame sauce products available in the U.S. Ours of course is the absolute best. Perfect for everyone, especially those who love Thai food and cannot eat peanut sauce. Tasting is believing.
Open Sesame is manufactured in New York State and is a Pride of New York and Pure Catskills product. Sold in 16 oz. bottles, the sauce comes in both Spicy (original) and Mild.

Mild Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
Tahini (Sesame Seed Puree), Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Vinegar),Non GMO Canola Oil, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Chili Oil, Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Citric Acid.
Spicy Sesame Sauce
Ingredients:
Tahini (Sesame Seed Puree), Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt, Vinegar), Non GMO Canola Oil, Water,, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Chili Oil, Sesame Oil, Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Citric Acid.
We use a low sodium, preservative free soy sauce!
Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
